🔹 Designed and developed a user-friendly GIS web mapping application using ArcGIS Experience Builder and Web AppBuilder, accessible via mobile and desktop.

🔹 Built a geodatabase incorporating both vector and raster data to support infrastructure, environmental, and animal location mapping.

🔹 Conducted comprehensive data collection, validation, and management using ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, and Quick Capture for real-time updates.

🔹 Developed and deployed 2D and 3D interactive maps that improved zoo navigation, operational planning, and visitor engagement.

🔹 Performed network analysis and route optimization for efficient visitor navigation and zoo staff operations.

🔹 Captured and incorporated polycam images and 3D zoo scenes, adding depth and realism to the interactive web app.

🔹 Produced over 15 high-quality thematic maps for visitor experience, habitat management, and asset tracking.

🔹 Enhanced operational efficiency and decision-making by streamlining data workflows and integrating real-time location tracking.

🔹 Addressed the key geographic question: "How can GIS enhance visitor engagement and navigation within the Calgary Zoo?", resulting in a 30% improvement in navigational efficiency.
